We had a great time and didn't end up arriving home until after 3 AM.
Today has been a great day of lounging. We slept until 11AM (I know all of you with kids are very jealous), I made pancakes for lunch and we have spent the day doing absolutely nothing! We just finished eating pizza and I am going to knit some before going to bed. Overall a very non-productive yet enjoyable day. Back to real life..... tomorrow!

However, my kids are sleeping really well today. It's noon and they're still asleep! OK, Kate's been up a couple of times (once for 2 hours) and Keanu was super hyper last night after not napping all day so he didn't go to bed until after midnight. They deserve to be sleeping!

As is the custom, our guests didn't leave until after 2:00 a.m. on New Years Eve, and Jan. 1 afternoon found us driving to visit friends near Jackson so no naps for us. Today (Friday) was nap day!!!
