Courtney's first trip to the MN Zoo

On Mother's day we went to the zoo. Nana, Courtney, Brian and I had a great time! The day started with rain, but as the day progressed, we were able to get outside. Courtney's favorite part was the tiger. She was able to get very close!

I was trying to tidy up Courtney's room the other day including taking out some bigger clothes and putting away some of her small clothes. Then a tornado hit... ie Courtney wanted to help. Here is what it looked like with my cute little helper! Just so you know, the clothes were in piles at one time.

First time swimming

A while back, we went and stayed in a hotel while Brian was coaching JO volleyball. While there, Courtney went swimming for the first time. Well... maybe not swimming. I guess it could be described as hanging on for dear life! Maybe a zero entry pool is more her style.

9 month photo shoot

I bet you are expecting photos. Well maybe next week. We went to take the pictures and true to form, Courtney was all off of her schedule so when we got there at 10:40 (normally she would be done with her morning nap) she hadn't taken a nap yet. Needless to say, she didn't crack a smile the whole time we were there. We shall try again... next week!

Tantrum

Today was Courtney's first tantrum at daycare.

After playtime in the morning, Sara sent the rest of the kids into the living room for their next activity and was moving some stuff in the toy room. She let Courtney play with the toy she was playing with until she was done and then picked up Courtney and put the toy in the toy box. Apparently Courtney was not done playing with that toy as she started crying and wouldn't stop for over a minute!

Valentines day at daycare

Courtney had her first Valentines day party. Her Mom and Dad really enjoyed all of the candy that she couldn't eat!
